Electronic Village Systems was founded in 1994 as a custom consulting company. By 1998, our primary focus had shifted to Web development and Internet/Computer-related business support, offering a full range of services for your business needs. Our services are individual. You choose how much or how little help you need. That philosophy keeps our prices reasonable, so that we can serve small businesses and larger corporations alike.

Founder Todd L'Herrou has over 16 years of Internet experience, including 11 years of direct experience working with the World Wide Web, and over 20 years of computer experience. His diverse background, ranging from psychology research to database and website design, brings an understanding of business, marketing, and consumer behavior to every project. Mr. L'Herrou oversees each phase of all projects, from initiation to completion. Mr. L'Herrou is an experienced designer and programmer, but his CV also includes publications and presentations in a number of areas, including computer-aided research, medicine, pharmacoeconomics, psychiatry, psychology, and wilderness search and rescue. His photography has appeared in regional publications in Washington DC & Virginia, in websites, and in hospitals around the mid-Atlantic region.

In addition, Electronic Village Systems offers the expertise of a network of graphic designers, writers, photographers, and programmers. We can handle projects as small as a single image for your website, or as comprehensive as an entire Website Launch with related PR package.
